Dr. Shukla has always had an affinity for helping others. It’s what inspired him to study medicine—Dr. Shukla did his residency in family medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. After finishing his residency, he pursued his career in emergency medicine. Dr. Shukla has over a decade of experience in emergency medicine and has received professional recognition for his instrumental role in the start-up of Baytown Neighbors Emergency Center. He served as a Medical Director of Baytown Neighbors Emergency Center. Dr. Shukla has over a decade of experience working as an emergency room physician in the trauma center. He also served as a Board Member of Avail Lake Charles Hospital.

Dr. Shukla decided to pursue training in cosmetic surgery. He had the chance to operate with highly experienced and well-recognized surgeons (Dr. Young, Dr. Heron, and others). 

Dr. Shukla also became a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the International Society of Cosmetogynecology and Body Contouring Institute. Underwent training with Dr. Marco Pelosi and graduated with ISCG Breast augmentation and ISGC Basic and Master Liposuction courses fellowship. 

Dr. Shukla is experienced in the most innovative liposuction and fat transfer techniques and specializes in awake liposuction with the fat transfer to the buttocks, also called Brazilian Butt Lift(BBL), breast augmentation with the fat transfer. In addition, Dr. Shukla is an expert in vaser lipo, smart lipo, laser lipolysis, 360 lipo, and abs etching techniques.

Dr. Shukla has obtained advanced training to provide superb care and the highest results for his patients, including certifications in anti-aging medicine, regenerative medicine, hormone replacement therapy, laser treatment for erectile dysfunction, weight management, and dermal filler, botulinum toxin, and facial aesthetics.

Driven by his passion for helping others, Dr. Shukla is embarking on a new venture as Medical Director/Founder & CEO of Shine MD MedSpa & Liposuction Center, specializing in state-of-the-art aesthetics, wellness, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine. 

He has performed thousands of surgery with impeccable results and the highest customer satisfaction rate.  He has an unparalleled understanding of aesthetic medicine and cosmetic surgery and truly believes in enhancing the inner beauty of the patients and improving their quality of life.

Saving the best for last. Dr. Shukla is a husband and father of two. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
